- Sunscreen and Low-E glass to reduce glare.
- Air filtration system to improve indoor air quality.
- Water saving plumbing fixtures.
- Indoor comfort and energy efficient lighting and HVAC system.
- Natural filtering and recharge of storm-water.
- Orientation of the buildings to minimize sun load.

BASF’s North American Headquarters. The 325,000 square foot office building is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with the goal of obtaining LEED Double Platinum certification, the highest LEED status a building can achieve. If this certification is achieved, the building will be the first LEED Double Platinum Designated facility in NJ, the fifth building nationwide to receive a double certification, and the Largest LEED Platinum Corporate Project in NJ.

Three additional class A office buildings planned ranging in size from 100,000 square foot to 300,000 square foot, all planned with a minimum goal of LEED Gold certification.

A 27-acre site that is the home of the New York Jets Football Team's Headquarters and Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. The 120,000 square foot state of the art training, teaching, and medical facility, contains corporate offices, training rooms, locker rooms, media facilities and a full size indoor practice field and four outdoor practice fields.

A Full Service Hotel.

The final element of the project is a master-planned residential community to be developed on 100 acres at the easternmost portion of the site. Still in the planning phase, this community will be a showcase of first-class design amenities in the New Jersey marketplace.
